The intermediate Managing Professional (MP) track comprises Create, Deliver & Support, Drive Stakeholder Value, High-Velocity IT, and Direct, Plan & Improve. The advanced Strategic Leader (SL) track includes Direct, Plan & Improve and Digital & IT Strategy. A specialized Practice Manager (PM) pathway is also available. Completing all pathways leads to recognition as an ITIL Master. Certifications are valid for three years, with renewal possible through retaking exams or participating in the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program.
